I was so impressed with the good people of the Aegis. It is tough to put your elderly father in any place, but Aegis made it smooth and simple, and made me feel like my father was in such good hands. And he was. The staff was extraordinary - – dedicated to assisting the elderly, particularly who had memory loss of any kind. This is God’s work, and we are so blessed to know people who are passionate about this work. In the end, I wanted people helping our father who weren’t just here for a “job.” We wanted people who were dedicated to this particular area of service, who love what they do. And that’s the way Aegis is: people who have been there for decades, devoted to the elderly in their final years. These are people who know each other, and support this elderly community with such extraordinary care. I think that was our greatest concern: that after we might visit him on any day, that an agency might not treat him as well, or ignore him. But the Aegis team were always there, keeping me posted, getting him engaged in the community, even during the roughest times. My father has since passed on, in early June, 2022. Of all the decisions we took for his final years, I am most happy that we happened upon Aegis, as our final place for his care. We were lucky and blessed to find it. Thank you, Aegis. I continue to stop by routinely to check in on the staff that has been so good to my father, just to say hello. We owe so much to them.

This is a beautiful facility. I toured with Donald who was extremely helpful when I was looking for a place for my mother. It is safe, well run and maintained with a comfortable and peaceful environment. The residents look so happy. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this facility for taking care of loved ones. Also its in a great location which makes visiting easy.

Always caring. Facility is well maintained and clean. Professional nursing staff available and physician at the facility. Right across the street from the new ER in the Lakes. It has been 6 weeks since moving in and all is well.
