I've never used their services, I've only donated clothes, my review is based on that process. They only take clean clothing, on hangars - do not attempt to dump off a bag of clothes - they are volunteers who need their time and focus on the people they are helping, not in sorting thru your clothes. They are only taking business attire (not church, not ballroom, not dinner dates - no matter how good condition it is, if you wouldn't wear it on an interview, dont send it over) and only in season. It'd be nice for them to take out of season clothes too, but my assumption is space is limited. Call or email so they can arrange for you to come! Great cause...
