Excellent community and the care for our mother has been amazing. New management company started a few months back and the improvements they have made in such a short time have been amazing. We're very happy and would highly recommend!

My father was severely abused and neglected at this place back when they called it The Wentworth. It has changed names and management but unless they train their staff to care for elderly and/or patients with dementia instead of paying unskilled, uncertified workers minimum wage that don't care about anything except for watching TV and stealing the residents food, drinks, snacks, even clothes, etc. I highly suggest to go bring your loved one somewhere else. :( My dad lost over 60+ lbs because they weren't feeding him. My dad went in this place walking, talking, using the bathroom on his own, showering on his own, but after a few months, could no longer do any of that. It was horrible. If you care about your loved one even the tiniest bit, this is not the place to move them into.

My mom is a resident at Escalante at the Lakes. Visiting her has become difficult having to deal with the young gal seated at the front desk. She is very rude and should not be the first person you run into. I am in my 50s and she lacks basic courtesy and respect for the elderly. I hope they make the necessary changes and she is removed. I pay ALOT of money and Myself and my family do not deserve this. 4/29/22

My profession takes me in and out of many assisted livings facilities and this is one of my FAVORITE places to visit. The Wentworth is a beautiful five-star community that provides outstanding care. The residents are amazing, and the care staff is dedicated and loving. I’ve truly enjoyed being a community partner with The Wentworth. ROCK STAR TEAM!!!
