Just moved my 93-year-old grandfather into this facility. Felt drawn to this place from the get-go when I started searching and my gut did not lead me wrong. ALL of the staff here have been absolutely wonderful, helpful and they really do care about each of their residents and their families. I had no idea what I was doing when I started looking for a place for my Grandpa, but they have walked us through every step and been very patient, knowledgeable and extremely kind. This facility is beautiful and clean and also top-notch in safety. Even maintenance/housekeeping and receptionist staff are incredibly caring, thoughtful, and wonderful. Sylvia (maintenance/housekeeping), is an incredible sweetheart and my special thanks to her for taking the time out of her busy schedule to help me in the ways she did when I was moving him in on NY day. I feel so much better knowing that he is safe now, and will be well cared for. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an absolutely first class, top rate place for their loved ones. If I need to choose a place for myself someday, I would choose this place. Special thanks to staff members Charlie Wolff, Joseph Rank, and Mike Trail for all of their support and kindness. You all have been so wonderful. I am so grateful to all of you for your care and compassion and it gives me hope there are still good people out there. I can rest easier now knowing that Grandpa will live out his days happy and safe and in the hands of such wonderful and loving people. Most importantly, Grandpa is very happy in his new home.

This place is WONDERFUL!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, not hospital-like at all. My grandfather finally had to be put in an assisted living facility and we were so nervous about how he would be treated and if he would be happy. But this place is great! If you have a loved one that needs to go into an assisted living facility you definitely need to check this place out!

My mom has been a resident in memory care at Desert View Senior Living for the past 3 years. From the very beginning the staff has always shown great care for our mom and our family. The food is very good and prepared by a chef and his team. Most of the meals are prepared without processed or frozen ingredients but is considered low salt as most residents can't gave a high sodium diet due to age related hyper tension. Keep in mind assisted living is all inclusive and base rates include everything. 3 meals in the restaurant, Housekeeping, laundry, cable, transport to medical appointments, activities, towels and linens washed weekly, utilities except phobe are all included on a Base rate. Depending on size of a 1 br it coukd range from $2900-3300 monthly.
Desert View is assisted living with all inclusive base rate for apartments. The base rate includes weekly laundry,weekly housekeeping, utilities, 3 restaurant dining meals, and transportation to medical appointments. Studios range from 2450-2650.
Medicare is the insurance aspect the redudent can utilize fior services tied to doctor visits onsite, medical equipment and medication. Deser View is Orivate Pay abd dies not process or accept Neducaid which requires a community to do Medicaid Billing. There are only a few communities on Assisted Living that acceot Medicaid payment.
