Just moved in here and have had a fantastic experience on every level. The management staff are all wonderful people who really care about the tenants having a good experience, everything is fresh and new, the location is unbeatable, and there are a bunch of plans to make the place even better. The only problem is that it's so popular you might have trouble finding an available apartment!

I moved into The Griffin recently and have been enjoying every part of it. The apartments are quality and all of the amenities are quality. Extremely nice pool area, common areas, perks, and the location is great.

I have been living at the griffin for a year and just renewed for another 18 months. Of all the places I have lived in (all new builds), The Griffin is top-notch, and the management is fantastic; they genuinely care about their residents, and it shows, from friendly conversations and knowing you on a personal level to having resident events. They indeed are the best. The location would not be better. Being right by 696 and 75, getting where you need to be is a breeze. I have made a lot. of good friends here. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further than The Griffin. Also, the pool takes you to a hidden resort!
