Get a lawyer if you're a business owner, they just want your money. No info for businesses to appeal, they intentionally left no phone number, no email, nor superior court,, and no website to contact for an appeal. They are not looking to serve the public and especially not the entrepreneurs that are creating jobs and healthy work environments.

im waiting patiently but this is rediculous i wonder how long the claim process in other cities compare theres no good reason a person should have to wait this long for hours hes worked and owed they are just letting the employer get away with ripping people off and basicaly stealing our wages

Never mind, I found the answer myself.

I worked at a persons house that has a welding shop. Over roughly 2 weeks I worked 127 hours. He said he would not pay me. I never signed anything and he said his company is in his wife's name. good luck trying to get the money. What can I do?

Well first off did he text this to you? If so you need to get in touch with labor commissioner and file a report you have have his name and number and or text communicating jobs done etc and you can also sue his wife as she own and seems like he does often.

Does management have the right to talk about someone's individual salary with other employers??

Morally and ethically they should not but if there is no clauses, agreement, disclosers while uncomfortable and possibly unprofessional, your employer is not prevented from disciosing your wages to others.

My boss pushed me to quit and he said my check won't be ready for 2 weeks since I quit, is this legal, how long he can hold my check for???
