The amazing leasing agent Rosaly Goris has had my back since the day I meet her to help me find the perfect home for me, she will do what ever it take for you to be comfortable where you stay and I really do appreciate her companionship with me and the communication between me and her was very understanding. I do recommend livening in Executive housing!

Back in June I went to Executive House looking for a 1 bedroom and met with Rosaly Goris who is one of the Leasing Agents. She greeted me with a smile and was very professional from the beginning to the present. Once she showed me the apartment and gave me a tour of the building I knew it was the place for me. I moved into my unit in August, but between June and August I kept calling Rosaly with many questions and concerns and she ALWAYS answered my questions with a smile and erased my concerns. She gets a 5 star rating because I know it's not easy dealing with tenants. Thank you Rosaly for your outstanding service to me!!

Currently I have a hole in my kitchen sink (never addressed that) and I had to ask repeated times to get new flooring. They put down a hand me down tile that was old and outdated.. they are rude and my apartment is falling apart. They told me getting a new floor was not an emergency. They are only interested in increasing the rent with the new remodeled apartments.. Don’t move here. They only are nice to to certain people. I am a professional woman and expect my apartment to live up to a higher standard.. They are very sad people and really just want to make money off the new apartments.. I asked for a another apartment (been here 25 plus years - told me they have to increase the rent at the new apt and it’s significantly higher - but they add accommodating. People that They live.. These are very unprofessional people and the owner 0 They run several other properties and money is all They care about. Don’t Move here. Big ripoff.

I don't know if they accept TRA
it’s gone downhill since murnick’s departure. only plus is they’re renovating apartments for new tenants - but management isn’t good. 3-4 washers down at any time in a total of 10 washers. air conditioning unit was down for over a week in a july heatwave. i wrote a more detailed google review on that experience. and we’ll be without heat 8 hours on on monday while residents work from home.
