Anyone know what happened? I’ve been going here for 7+ years and there‘s been a sudden massive change in my last 2 visits. The office is now empty and my last visit consisted of a man passing a piece of paper back + forth between myself and Dr S.

The office was deserted yesterday, too, but the nice gentleman in front pulled my chart and took me to a room. I had an injection and it went very well. My visits (I've had two since the staff is gone) have never been so fast. I have gotten all my scrips, I get text messages in response to my calls, and Dr. Schottenstein is always a pleasure to see.
