In Italian restaurants, you never know whether the food is really Italian. Here in the Ovest, near the Highlane_The Vessel, we were lucky. A wood-fired pizza oven gave a first positive impression. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered Pizza 🍕 Ortolane (vegetarian) and Pizza Mozarella which was covered with Buffalo Mozarella. That's an important point when it comes to taste. The second important point: how is the dough. And it was very good too. Many simply taste of flour and water, i.e. nothing. When you order foccacia, you can tell very clearly if the dough really has flavor and has a fluffy, non-gummy texture. The pizzas came and we were very satisfied 😀. Not burned, just pulled right out of the oven, it was a tasty treat. For three people with a cappuccino at the end, it cost us $85 without tip. For the location and the quality completely ok.

They charged me a credit card fee without warning me and also charged me for refills of my Diet Coke. What the hell? My bill was over $60 so no idea why they would charge me a credit card fee?
