LOVE the product, completely obsessed with every piece I have but super disappointed by the shopping experience. I went in to buy a few more pieces today and was not even acknowledged as a living breathing human in the shop by either woman working there. I had such a lovely experience last summer shopping there so it was quite the opposite. Only when I left (without buying anything) did someone say “bye”. Maybe the weekend team are bored? Much easier to order online or by phone.

Horrible quality for the price. The set I chose had strings coming out of it everywhere, including on the button which was about to fall off due to the unraveling string. The store associate couldn’t care less, said it’s “normal” due to the silk and was acting like I was being ridiculous for not wanting a $300 item to be unraveling! She literally rolled her eyes at me. Terrible customer service, it was clear she wanted me out and didn’t care whether I bought or not. They didn’t even offer a discount for the damaged item, told me to order online (it was sold out online!) as if I have any guarantee that would be better quality. I own a lot of silk and if it’s high quality no, it does not unravel. I would expect this from a cheap quality item but not something so pricey that claims to hold up to a washing machine. They also don’t allow you to buy a different size top and bottoms and their sizing is inconsistent. I’m a medium in their tops but large in most of their bottoms. But then in one of their sets I’m a small on top and a medium in the bottom. I’m so glad I tried it on in person since the size across their sets is dramatically different, and so I could see the poor quality and avoid making a $300+ investment in something that wouldn’t last and was already falling apart. I see from the other reviews that these sets do in fact fall apart from the seams so I am glad I dodged a bullet.

Customer service here is absolutely awful .. the associates here sit on the counters, talk amongst themselves & don’t look eager, willing or capable to help clients walking around the store. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, was not asked if we needed help when looking at a few pieces & my brother & i felt so uncomfortable being there. I’m sure the clothing is fine but they need to find better associates to properly promote the brand

Terrible terrible customer service. This is the prime example of customer service making me not want to purchase anything from the store. The rep basically has the same dead cold face throughout as if she doesn’t want to see any human being in the store. Seriously, to whoever the owner might be, if you want to actually sell some clothes in this store, get new reps.
