5 star ⭐️ review. Very caring and experienced people. Long story short: leaving home on the car and bike on the rack and see flat bike tire. Calling shop toward end of day Saturday and got assured that this is small problem and will be addressed. Arrived to the shop and realized that my phone is the only payment means I have. No problem, payment can be taken from the phone. Got offered to service bicycle for a very reasonable estimate. Got the best service ever received for this bike comparing to other pro shop. Learned how to better maintain gears and not to oil dirty chain and gears. Thank you Dmitriy and Paul!

Great experience! Nicely priced bikes. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Lots of markets, restaurants, and parking around their location. Perfect place to buy or rent a Beach Cruiser.

I had just gotten off an hour ferry ride and I had a flat. It was after 5 on a Sunday and the shop had already closed, but I decided to just call and try. Dmitri answered and told me not to worry, to just come by, knock on the door, and he fixed by flat in 5 minutes and I was on my way. All after hours. Such a great guy, such great service.

Great sales and repairs .... Dimitri knows his stuff, knows it well, works quickly, works well, and makes sure customers get what they need from repairs. I'd keep my eye out for what they're selling year-round.
