Went in to buy a gift for my girlfriend who is returning to ballet after a decade. I was helped by Martin, who was incredibly helpful and generous. He was very patient in explaining the things Ive never heard of, or have ever even thought about. I am grateful for the experience and I plan on coming back to buy a pair of leather shoes this week. Sales woman very rude and not helpful when I asked to see tap shoes for my son. Why treat customers so badly when we can always find another place to spend our money. Needless to say I won’t be buying my Jay Sams from this store.
