I visited this shop to get some labels printed. I arrived around 1145am and the gate was half way closed. So I then called the number on their Google page and a man answered and told me the shop was open and he would call the employee to open up. About 2 minutes later the gate opened, I then proceeded across the street. The employee came outside and started sweeping. I asked the employee if he could quote me a price on some labels and he just pointed inside basically telling me to go in. I am standing inside for about 5 minutes while the employee continues to sweep up outside. ( Imagine having a paying customer inside of your business and the employee rathers sweep than attend to the customer.) After about 5 minutes he then comes inside(still does not acknowledge me) and heads in the back. I waited another 2 mins or so then decided to take my business else where. No I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional !!! Zero stars !

I just recently started a small business. Fast print has print my labels my banner and my think your stickers. The staff has been amazing with all the help that they have given me. They respond quickly to your emails.They have your order ready within the timeframe’s that they give you. Fast print has went out their way to help me with my businesses.. I live in the Bronx. I take the train to Brooklyn. I know with fast print I’m going to get what I ask for . thank you so much for all of your help fast print.. TLC❤️

Dealt with them 3x: First for a 1-off print on a sweatshirt. About 5 years ago now, a young woman went through Fonts and made the design (simple words). I provided the sweatshirt and it was done in a day for a reasonable price. Second time, again 5 years ago, I was looking for a more complicated design that needed a designer. The woman said she could do it, later realized she really couldn't, but never emailed me. I had to come in to find her in person. She was nice about it, but wasted my time. Latest/last experience, emailed a completed design and it was done in a couple days for a good price. Edit: it was a banner and when they blew up the image sent, it came out blurry. So the work was sub par. The staff and owner is mannerless (walk in and greet them like you were raised properly, they'll ignore you entirely or respond begrudingly like you're annoying them; it's definitely worse now with the old lady there than it was before - I'd bet money that's the owner, you can tell by the responses here the owner does not believe in "polite customer service") and the space is a disheveled mess, but if you send what you need done ahead of time via email, the prices are fair, and the work should be done - but don't expect anything extra and check your stuff before you leave the shop.
