Horrible experience!! My kennmore elite refrigerator was not cooling . Call to get service, took 2 weeks to come out and said the compressor was out and the mother board. They ordered the parts and again I had 2 more weeks so they could come back to install the parts. They put the parts and the technician said in 24 hours it should be cooling normal. 48 hours later and my fridge is not cooling nothing. I called again and they don't have an appointment for another week and a half. I have been without a fridge for a month. Very disappointed with kennmore they used to built reliable appliances but now they are disposable. I"ve had my fridge ifor 5 years and the technician said that's an issue these kennmore fridge has. I will never buy kennmore again nor do I recommend it.

If you have a choice choose someone else. I have a home warranty and my refrigerator is covered by a compressor warranty. So it has to be sears home service which apparently is what a &e is. I was expecting someone to come out and repair my common problem with this Kenmore elite refrigerator. That didn't happen he wants another 18 days to do the job. How someone gave them a positive 5 star review I will never know. Sears service used to be reliable, efficient and expensive. Probably still expensive. They work under the name a &e it's a shame that everything people expected from Sears is now gone. Kenmore and Sears are working hard to destroy any positive reputation they had.

The 2nd trip wrong parts ordered on range & dropped the dryer part twice & had to order again. 3rd trip range fixed thought dryer was fixed but when I went to use the next day it made a high pitch noise & laundry room was really hot. I climbed over dryer & saw screw driver & vent was off. Hopefully 4th trip will resolve. Call center horrible. I couldn’t make my appt for the repairs once the parts were in because I had to go through customer care. I waited on the phone for over an hour one day. Next day 20 minutes. I miss sear repair men much better service when service was not outsourced.
