I was a walk in today. I was driving from West Fort Worth from work trying to get in by 5. Sure enough I walked In at 4:58. I'm pregnant and have lost several babies and need my hormone levels checked. Veronica was the only staff member kind enough to still see me so close to closing time, even after another staff member told me to leave after I checked in. She was still patient and kind. Great customer service like this is awesome and rare.
