I did the 6 week challenge here and lost 21.4lbs! By far the most I’ve get lost and that’s thanks for the camp! They push you and push you but in a great way! They work with you every step of the way, and don’t make u feel silly about it at all! The ftdi diet is very doable as well 😊

If you decide to get a memebership you can go at your discretion. If you are taking part in a challenge then you are required to work out five times a week. They do have morning as well as evening classes, so you can go as your schedule permits.
