Shana was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me fix an issue with my i-phone that neither the Ft Worth Apple Store nor the AT&T help desk customer service supervisors could figure out. Great customer service!

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Arlington location and see them in person.

Is this location at&t own

No. This is an authorized retailer only. The company is called Prime Communications. I recommend going to an AT&T corporate store for better support.

Why with a network as large as AT&T do people who live in southwest Arlington have so much trouble with their cell phone coverage?

Dorothea Prince | Oct 19, 2018
Rick Vehon | Oct 19, 2018

The bigger question is why, in general, and no matter where someone is, that cell coverage has so many issues. We had the capability in the 1960's to communicate with astronauts on the moon. So why, almost 50 years later does a cell phone call drop or they just aren't clear sometimes? The simple answer is the calls to the moon didn't have different topographic areas with structures like hills, trees, buildings, etc. As advanced as technology is the human race is still in its infancy with technology. In 100 years companies won't have to be coming out with new devices every year and communication will be much more advanced. Look at it this way; 100 years ago there were rotary phones and calls were on party lines. It's a paradox; As quickly as we think technology advances its actually moving at a snails pace.

Can I pay my bill at this store
