Has anyone ever spoken to a person, when you call ACS? If yes , PLEASE tell me how you did it

I assume that you have enough information to reach ACS by reading the other responses. Were your babies micro chiped? If so I may have other resources that might be helpful in locating them.

That's the best way to get someone to call you back.

Thanks for replying, my 2 labs are missing and i wanted to know how to view dogs picked up last night and today.. I did end up, leaving a message and someone called back

I call 311 or 211 and ACS call back.

Email and they will call you back.

No one answered. I emailed them and at the end of the day they emailed me to say that the dogs were adopted. I har to go in person to check out the dogs I saw online. When asked, they said they are too busy to answer the phone.
