They will give you a questionare, ask a couple of questions, need an identification if renting a letter from the landlord stsying that a pet is permited.
If you're a renter you should take a letter from your landlord showing that he allows pets and is giving you permission to have a pet. May want him to specify "no restrictions" or whatever restrictions apply.
Are you the owner? They can pull up tax stuff. They will just ask you questions. Shouldn't need anything
