I wish I could help you with that but the best thing to do would be to call them. I do know that I adopted a cat from there and it had some type of upper respiratory virus and I took it to them and they took care of it for me
If you adopted the dog, then you signed a contract that commits the owner to provide medical care. Contact ACS though, there may be some other options available.
