We rescued a young kitten from the middle of the road and can't keep it. Does Animal Care Service take walk in rescues? I can't really afford to pay a large fee especially since it isn't my kitten.

Yes they do but it's better if you schedule an appointment to drop it off. You want to make sure that there's a kennel available for it. You can also call and they can pick it up for you.
