Yes you can, but be careful of an older white woman with short hair who is an employee there because she can be very rude to people.
Yes it is very appreciated. The staff there eww deal with all kinds a of people. Just go in and tell kne of the staff members you just want to play with some of the dogs and they would be very appreciated. We need to remember what this place is for and keep our feeling out of it. It is for the animals
The best way tti do it is sign up as a volunteer, you get to walk then, hang out in the kennels
