My aparts say i must immediately relinquish my animals in24 hours or animal control will come get them what can i do

Animal Control CAN NOT take your animals by law. That would be ILLEGAL. I have been in property management and they are telling you this to scare you. They are requiring you to pay a deposit or they will evict you because you were not allowed to have your animals. There is no law that will have animal control come get your animals. You need to speak with the management company and make arrangements either to pay a deposit move or rehome your animals.

Did you have your animals approves by the apartments? If not they can have your animals removed. As long as it's in your lease (and it's not month to month) they can't take them. Honestly, animal control is beyond busy and most likely won't come out for a while (although don't quote me on that). I have animals roaming in my area and they still haven't come out (I've called numerous times in the last 2 months).
