At the ACS on Enrique Barrera Pkwy, they have a list of zip codes that if you're in that zip code, you can get a spay or neuter for cats or dogs for free. Check it out!!! Hope this helps.
It depends on your zip code. I take two cats every Saturday morning but they do them Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Limit of 40 so you have to get there really early. They start at 7. You need to register first and they lend you a cage(s).
On their website they list the dates when their free..usually once a month
They have a service come in a few times a week in the evenings called Pet Shotz. It's pretty regular basis. I'm not sure if it's all free like first come first serve or super reduced prices.
