Does ACS keep records on the pets they adopt out?

Yes. The City must maintain records. You can go though the City website and request an "O.R.R." which is an "Open Records Request"...this is the link https://www.sanantonio.gov/opengovernment

As far as I know yes. They told me when to take him back for a checkup, when the allotted time factor is to take him to our personal vet and when and if he needs obedience training. So I believe so. Hope this helps😀

You can call them and find out. But they go through so many animals, I'm sure they don't keep them long.
