Casual it's definitely OK
I saw alotta people dressed average or normal..no need 4 a suit and tie..or a dress..cme in a comfortable attire..
Casual is definitely fine.
By all means casual
You may dress up or dress casual. You will see a mix of attire in the restaurant and no one will judge you regardless of your own attire.
Just dress comfortably; casual included. Just be sure you're wearing a top/shirt, bottoms and shoes, though. 😉
