Not one for leaving reviews but strongly felt I needed to share my experience: I chose this clinic due to the mostly positive reviews and was disappointed after my experience. I thought I had found the vet for my cat but I was mistaken. Two stars because at the end of the day my cat still got her shots but it wasn't without having to undergo an argument with the vet who wanted to reschedule the appointment as my cat needed sedation and he "did not have time". I explained that I could not reschedule anytime soon and that I needed my cats shots today due to time constricting circumstances(as was explained to receptionist when scheduling appointment). Vet stated he would do what he could and then loudly complained about it as he took her for sedation. I was completely embarrassed and made it clear I wasnt trying to be complicated. I do not recommend setting appointments past 4 if you have a fussy pet as the staff is ready to leave for the day even though their hours say open till 6. Also Dr.Meier mentioned he was allergic to cats which baffled me completely... Definitely wont be going back and wont be recommending this place either. **UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER**: Firstly Dr. Meier there is no excuse for your unprofessionalism and down right rudeness during our visit. To address a few things you mentioned: 1.) Your receptionist did NOT mention anything about rescheduling after I openly discussed the experience I had at Petco and why I was taking my cat to what I thought was a professional. 2.) To be clear I was only "upset" after you took my cat to the back for sedation and loudly complained about my cat and myself. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. 3.) "Aggressively biting" has got to be a joke or else exaggerated as she was hissing and swatting when I reached for her but hadn't so much as scratched anyone much less bite. 4.) And lastly the whole thing took less than 10 minutes, for you to sedate her AND give her her shots. Why you needed to reschedule for something that was completed so quickly confuses me. I'm glad I left a review and given your rudeness and condescension, I think 2 stars was being kind for the service we received .

Excellent clinic where they make me and April feel like family. Everyone is so caring. I highly recommend this clinic for your furry family members.
