Our visit could not have gone better. Our community cat is doing so much better since her visit to Northwood. Dr. Sanders told us precisely what she was going to do, and what the estimated costs would be before any work was done. The final bill was LESS than estimated. Everyone was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sanders met with me at check out to make sure I knew everything that was done (and not done) and what to expect. I am happy and most of all our community cat is back to her happy playful self. Could Not Ask for More. THANK YOU Northwood and Dr. Sanders.

We took our dogs there for several years to be seen by a solid vet. He has since retired, and things aren't good there anymore. I have literally never seen the very that took over, even though I've taken my dogs several times. She never actually interacted with us at all. The vet techs would come get the dogs from the waiting room, take them back to be seen or have a procedure, bring them back out and relay the info from the her (allegedly 🤷♀️ idk). They are always heavily pushing the dental cleanings (easy money-makers for vet clinics). When we had them do the dentals for two Boxers, I asked them to remove several bumps from both dogs while they were out. I asked the techs how long it would take to get the pathology results back and the response was "oh, you want them sent off for pathology?" 😳 I spent quite a bit of time at their front desk while techs would play telephone, running back to ask the vet who was in her office but wouldn't actually come out or speak directly to me. It was weird. On top of that, her quality of care seemed substandard, in my opinion.

Doctor Sanders was the most attentive, kind and caring vet we’ve had. We highly recommend this facility. They really care about your pets.

We take our pups there and they are treated great, so are we! Definitely worth the drive for us.

Was about $470-ish for my dobie. After meds, tax, etc... Probably close to $500. Well worth it though!!! All postings after that (every week) is free and antibiotic powder for the ears is included as well.
They do any breed the has cripple ears. I would contact them for a free consultation! I've had my two dobermans ears cropped here. Awesome job and staff!
Hi there - We no longer offer ear cropping as a service at Northwood Animal Hospital. Feel free to call us if you have any other questions!

I would think so. The staff is great and I can't see them turning a hurt pet away. They are not a 24/7 business though.
