This vet was supposed to be such a great place with great reviews, close to home. IDK what happened for us? The front desk receptionists were pleasant, then the tech called us back and it all went downhill!! The tech was a large heavy set woman with dark wavy hair and glasses. She was very loud and abrupt when she spoke and didn't acknowledge my dog at all, just glared at me and him while getting our info. It was very offensive. The room was very small which excentuated her tone. We had a very long wait once we were called back and the visit took over 2 hours , most of it waiting, and no one was in there?? The vet charged us for a full exam and didn't do one, didn't check his skin fur joints belly bones or even his heart beat; then gave no explanation of his health? Wth did I pay that exam fee for?? The vet and tech both gave off a weird energy and seemed like they didn't want to be there. The loud heavy set tech lady came at my dog abruptly and scared him pulling on his leash to grab him w/ovsaying anything. He growled he was scared and they insisted on muzzleing him which p'd me off bcus he's the sweetest shyest most loving and passive soul. They totally stressed me and my dog out for no reason, hopefully he's not scared to go to the vet after this. It was pretty horrible, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
