We just moved in last weekend and there was a pool party going on, which was the LA vibe that we are looking for in this post pandemic era! When we first came to this place a month before, there weren’t so many people. I kinda worried about the neighborhood was not so prosperous. But now, everyday we see people moving in, swimming and working out, more and more people are enjoying this place. BTW, fire alarm issues mentioned in the previous comments must have been improving since we’ve been here for four days and only experienced one false fire alarm. This does not bother me. Last but not least, we are so grateful to have Jeff! He is the best leasing manager I’ve ever met, very professional, polite and nice. He is respectful and sensitive to the diverse culture, I’m sure he has a handful experience in dealing people from different culture background! (A kindly reminder: Never wear high heels when you are going to tour with Jeff🤣🤣) He gave us a very thorough introduction during the tour, and very clear instructions before we moved in.

the fire alarms are a serious problem. They try to pacify us by mentioning in the resident newsletter that the alarm testing is required by LA county code and stuff like that. And honestly, I understand. No one is asking you to fight the fire department. But like other residents have said, why haven't you compensated anyone? Also it might be helpful to know before signing a lease here that the manager lost her previous property management job because of a personal injury lawsuit against her.

My goodness where do I even start. Well first off management is rude, passive-aggressive and is posting obviously fake reviews to inflate rating. Everyone is tired of these daily fire alarms that interfere heavily with work from home. They might be unable to stop the fire alarms from happening, but they’ve made it clear that they’re unwilling to compensate. I don’t think it’s worth $4000 a month to be constantly bothered by loud sirens at all times of the day.

This community has everything… location… location… location…close to the beach, Hollywood night life and downtown energy all close by. Not to mention the friendly staff that creates fun community events like a Monthly SOUNDBATH…WEEKLY YOGA!!! Added bonus, their pet friendly and there’s a great, friendly community of pet owners so easy to make friends with neighbors. Amenity spaces are on point with rooftop pool and lounge for entertaining, state of the art fitness studio. Great place to call home!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
