Sitting in my 4.3k a month 1 bedroom apartment with no air-conditioning and it's 83° in here. I get no response from management no matter how many times I have notified management. I get no response or resolution. There seems to be a lot of issues, such as a malfunctioning air conditioning system, room keys consistently deactivated, plumbing problems, overcharges, stolen packages and closing off the rooftop public areas without notifying residents. It would be really great if management could get on the same page with maintenance. Paying for service not received has been the common theme that I have experienced with living here for over 2 years. I have experienced the front desk handing me other units' packages. I’ve also had many packages that went missing….it becomes very frustrating when you have packages that I was supposed to receive go missing, sometimes the same package that I had to be Re-shipped also went missing. Make sure you check your monthly rent statement and do not set up on auto-pay or you will find yourself charged for items that you should not be charged for. For instance, I almost paid for a $75 key replacement that I never requested. I had management fix a parking key card and they decided to charge me for a nonworking key. It took over a month and tons of phone calls to get this charge off my statement. If you have family visiting you while you are not at the building you can expect management to kick your family members out of the building. For example, the front desk escorted my cousin out of the building and would not let him get his car from my parking space, and sent a valet to retrieve his car since the room key I lent him was deactivated and I was at work.

I just signed my lease at Columbia Square Living and am so looking forward to being part of a chic community that is full service. This is absolutely a place I look forward to relaxing on days off and hosting friends. The initial draw for me was the safety and aesthetic and living somewhere that is well maintained constantly. CSL seems to be all of that. I especially want to give a thank you to Steve Wilson who made my tour and approval process an excellent one. Even as he showed me the rooftop pool space, it's obvious that he is well thought of by all the residents as they greeted him warmly. To a new and brighter future!

I have lived here for 4 years and can't say enough great things about it. Staff and management are amazing, the building has such family like community, and security is top notch. The rooftop is unbeatable- kombucha and cold brew on tap anytime, private cabanas, work spaces. It is easy to be as social or as private as you wish at CSL. Highly recommend.
