looks like racism is everywhere now at any store. this starbucks automatically assumes that you are trying to steal someone's food or use a declined credit card when buying food. my boyfriend whom is black told me he used his card to pay in the machine and then left before it could process completely. the cashier told him to "please comeback". so he came back. Just to wait for the card terminal to say "complete". like he was held hostage until his proof of payment was obvious. if you are black or latino. you will be treated like your a thief. it's almost like mexico now in this country.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with an employee today by the name of Marc who has absolutely zero customer skills. I had a simple request, which was use my stars towards merchandise alongside a $15 voucher. I followed his instructions and scanned my $15 voucher, however at the end of the transaction I noticed that he took the points off but not the $15. When questioned, he was fast to blame me for not scanning the right card when I did, and he then asked me if I was using a different card and I said no I used the gift card. He then became very argumentative and essentially tried to place blame on me for his error. I was trying to seek a resolution since he was escalating this situation and drawing attention. I asked him to void the transaction and redo it, and he said okay but that he needed to combine all my cards in my app which I let him. I then reiterated again what my intention was, which was to use my points and the voucher. He ran the transaction through the second time, it still didn't go through and again he put the blame on me for scanning a different card (which I didn't) he got very very argumentative at the stage very patronizing rolled his eyes. I asked him to void everything and he said well since you won't listen to me , fine. His tone was very sarcastic, demeaning and is clearly incompetent if he cannot run a simple translation. When I left other patrons who heard the whole transaction sympathized with my experience and said I should escalate. Im a senior partner in tech and if this was my employee they be fired in an instant. I walked out of there with nothing but humiliation from your staff.

I didn't care for mama d she was so busy rushing me through my order until she got my drink wrong even the batista got frustrated & told her what I asked for. It was annoying because I repeated 3 times I ended up with 2 drinks had to offer the wrong one to a coworker. Please listen

Management seems overwhelmed, customer service is lacking. Double-check your order if picking up... they can miss items altogether Personally prefer coffee bean across the street - far better seating for outdoor lounging!

Yes they do I got one today it's red with the logo. I think the price went to $3.00 but they are well worth it and you also save .10 cents. I did get a black cup and it is really nice.
