For a very busy area of commerce, Rubies + Diamonds doesn’t feel too hectic or overcrowded like a typical Starbucks. It’s a very casual haunt with a bohemian modern chic aesthetic within. At first not quite what I’d expect from its exterior but pleasantly surprised. In lieu of your typical tables, there’s more lounge like seating for a very relaxed vibe. This isn’t a place you come to work or do homework. This is where you come to step out of the Hollywood bustle to relax with a delicious latte and pastry before you head back out to the grind. And the coffee is pretty good. Nothing too extraordinary, but coffee done well nonetheless; their Coconut Sea Salt Cold Brew is absolutely delicious and their Rosemary Fig Scone a must, if you like pairing savory with your sweet. Overall a good place to drop in if you’re in the area and need to get out of that traffic coming off or going on the 101 any time of day to get that much needed cuppa.

The BEST iced matcha latte with oatmilk, I’ve ever had. Hands down. Quick and friendly service, with the (co?) owner Joe being a great conversationalist. Will definitely be making my way back here when I’m in the area.

This shop serves the best coffee espresso and raspberry blends that you will ever satisfy in! The atmosphere is pleasant and cheerful. This coffee shop never fails to satisfy and amaze me. After a long day of excursion, this is the best place to kick back and talk about your day. We really love their coffee so much!

If you visit Rubies+Diamonds, be prepared for a unique, delicious experience. The interior is very clean, organized, and richly decorated. There is a very cool long couch/bench, small tables, and chairs. The coffee is good, they offer interesting lattes as well as different levels of caffeinated drop coffee. I recommend the rose vanilla latte.
