Beware applying for a lease here, as listings may not be legitimate. I applied for a 1-bedroom unit (#003) that was listed as $2,500 per month. The manager called me to let me know that the price was actually $2,550. I thought it was strange but figured it was because I had requested a later move-in date. That was the first red flag I ignored. I signed the lease on June 1. The manager, Chris, did not countersign. On June 9, Chris called me to let me know that the current tenant had requested an extension, as they are allowed to do so; the unit would not be available until August 8. This would have posed a minor problem for me, but I agreed over the phone. Chris promised to send an updated welcome letter and lease agreement, which never came. On June 14, I requested a status update, which was ignored. On June 16, I decided I was done being jerked around and found alternative arrangements. I emailed Chris to cancel my application, and she responded within 30 minutes. She cancelled my application but did not return my holding deposit ($300). A couple of hours later, the exact same 1-bedroom unit was re-listed at $2,500 per month, available June 20. Either this listing is illegitimate, or management decided to use underhanded tactics to get me to revoke my application after it was approved. This is disappointing, as I've had positive experiences with Greystar in the past. Look elsewhere.

I LOVE living here at 7403. I have met so many neighbors that turned into friends. I would recommend anyone to live here. Marina and Ian are simply the best and will help you with anything you need.

Ian was very helpful through the whole move-in process. He showed us a bunch of different units until we found one we liked, and was very communicative from the time we applied to the date we moved in. As for the building itself, the units are nice and spacious (high ceilings!) and for the most part things are quiet.

I am very happy to have found my new home at 7403. The apartments have beautiful layouts, and the community area is beautiful. I am happy with the communication I’ve had with Marina and Ian, the leasing agents, as well as with Robert, the maintenance manager. Marina and Ian have been very knowledgeable about any move in concerns I have asked about. Robert has quickly fixed the few maintenance issues I have had and he does high quality work. I feel like they are good listeners and are honest people. Marina, Ian, and Robert are easy to talk to, I can express my concerns, and I feel taken care of.
