I don't even have the reservation it was one guy there working Hispanic gentleman he was cleaning the trucks and written them. Very diligent and fast. He had me in the truck in 5 minutes and I don't even have a reservation. He is awesome! And then when I brought the truck back the guy checked me in and under 2 minutes email me a receipt and it was over. If you want fast responsive service this is a U-Haul you should go to. Hello , didnt gwt the chance to come on here early but would lime to give a big Thank you to Ana Rodriguez for her amazing work at uhaul , I have never seen such a hardworking , multitasking young lady , she was able to assist many customers had a line and manage to keep every one calm . Amazing young lady who really puts her all towards uhaul . I will glady be back to this location . Uhaul you got a real customer service representing your company . Managers should give her thanks .
