Took my dog here when he was in really bad shape. We were referred there by his regular veterinarian after 3 facilities had run out of options. Blue Pearl got us in and got Winston imaged quickly. The news was not good and the prognosis was "grave." After 3 days, he went home. A lot of healing to do but Blue Pearl is a real first class facility with vets that know what they are doing and do it with empathy and transparency.

Lucky my Daisy made it out alive. Only problem I have is the people they hired to do the ultrasound and cardio work was read wrong. My Yorkie stayed for almost a week and by then her little veins had blown out And when I took her to a different Hospital in Louisiana they had to cut her jugular to try to give her antibiotics. The round the clock care is comforting. The girl who admitted Daisy was rude and kept telling me that if I didn't pay it would go into collections. About 8 grand later I just now get another bill for $159.00..Since August it is now October..I don't know where that came from anyway they took care of my baby and I'm thankful and for the referral to the Dr in Louisiana..The Dr went above and beyond to get her admitted.

This pet ER is great. Expensive, but the service they provide is amazing. I’ve brought my pup in here twice now and they always take really good care of her. The staff is super friendly and building is nice and clean as well.

I came across the same situation. I finally called back and pressed the prompts for "calling from a doctor's office" and someone answered on the first ring... I gave them an earful about no one answering the phone otherwise.
Take him in, the BluePearl pet hospital is open 24 hours. And takes in emergencies, also call ahead to make sure they know the severity of your dog.
Yes. Just go, they are open 24/7 Everyday! When you arrive they have poles in front of the parking spaces. Follow instructions, text their number with your spot and you are set.
You need to go to your regular vet and they will make a referral to Blue Pearl. Unless you feel it is an emergency, then go directly to the ER at Blue Pearl.
I would take him asap but if you can wait till tomorrow you could try Encino Park Vet. They are wonderful also.
I believe so. It's basically an over all ER for animals.
Because Blue Pearl employs veterinary specialists that are not available at regular veterinary clinics. For exsmple, Blue Pearl has several oncologists who have helped my dog with late stage cancer and have made her last few weeks here on earth comfortable and happy. Most vet clinics do not offer this kind of specialized care.
I just spoke with my Vet and she referred me to the Sonterra location as the New Braunfels location has closed down. They are open 24hrs. and if it's an Emergency, just go and use the Emergency Entrance. No need to call or try and make an appt.
