This business is amazing. I came in and spoke with Yvonne. I had a rock chip in my windshield that needed repair. I also had a protection plan that she had never seen before. Instead of turning me away, as another company did, she spent about 10 minutes on the phone with the plan company and figured out the process to submit a claim. She did great!!!! Yvonne let me know right off that her technicians were at lunch. I said no problem and I would wait. 25 minutes before their lunch was over, my car was completed. I HIGHLY recommend Vally Glass, Ogden. They did a great job repairing the rock chip. More important, to me, was the customer service!!!! A-1 service. I will be back for my glass needs. I was super impressed with the service. I was driving through from Colorado and got hit with a rock on the freeway. I called a few other places and couldn't get ahold of someone to talk to. These guys were able to get me in right away to fix the chip, and it was affordable.

Window ordered in May finally came last week… I’ve edited this review several times now, we had some issues with them not contacting us or keeping us updated as to the status of our window. Finally it was installed. Installers did good… the company tried to install bowed screens which was frustrating…at my husbands request they re did them… it was 4 more days of waiting to open my window because of the lack of screens. I asked for a discount because of the frustrations of months of not knowing what was happening, being told an install date, the date passing with NO contact from them. And I was irritated about them trying to install bowed screens. But nope. No discount… the manager was friendly. But as I recount the entire experience, I think we will look elsewhere for our next window projects. They didn’t go above & beyond really at all. Customers matter. People matter! It’s time we remind companies of that and not just settle for less than treatment.

The window itself looks great. But the management needs a ton of work. We ordered our window over 5 months ago. I had to be the one who called every time to check on it. I was never once informed on the status of when. We were told July. I called at the end of July and was told August. Once again, waited to the end of August and then was told September. Finally it was installed. We were hoping for some kind of discount for all the bull that we put up with. Nothing, no discount. No sorry. Not really even a care that it was so long of a wait with ZERO communication. Just for those reasons, I'll never go back. It's been a joke and a nightmare
