The new utility bill payment system is a complete joke. They didn’t carry over receiving email notices or any functionality like looking up history. The cheapest vendor isn’t the best. Speaking of, the utility rates are so much higher in Ogden compared to all the surrounding cities within Weber county and yet, when they have a surplus in the water fund, instead of reducing rates or issuing refunds, they transfer funds into the general fund to increase employee salaries of those who already make six figures in total compensation with good benefits.

Horrible customer service. The employee was rude. And they charge you a $30 fee to get a meter reading or you can wait until the new owners switch it to their name. Yeah, not going to trust that process. Isn’t it the city’s job to do a meter reading anyway?

I don't want to know why empty lots why there's always build up of dry trees dry Limbs and people get to park on the dry grass area. All the way on the property that doesn't belong to them. I thought identity had somebody watching out for that stuff. Or this is been going on for years mmm. If they start up their vehicle during the summer time there's going to be a fire. Everybody knows we smart enough not to park on dry grass and weeds

Ogden city has a real problem with communication with the public. Especially the water department. Why can they not let people know when they have a planned water update and they know that water will not be available for hours. This is an ongoing problem that we have experienced for years. Tonight we have no water and I just found out that they are working in the area and the water is shut off until tomorrow morning. And they are almost never finished and turning the water on when they say they will. We had no time to get a supply of water ahead for flushing the toilets. My wife just came home from surgery at the hospital and is bed ridden. Now we have to deal with unsafe, unhealthy toilet situations. She has to go many times during the night due to her antibiotics. Ogden city government obviously have little concern for the people who live here. The utility department should be embarrassed in the way the handle their department and it’s attitude that people don’t matter.

You can do it yourself. Head to Lowe's or home Depot. Ask a lot of questions. Make sure it up to code. Make sure you strap and vent it right. After you install it, have it inspected by someone.
I'd give it a bit of time, it usually takes like 3 or 4 hours.
It could be from construction in the area. Not sure if you have any going on in your area. Check with your neighbors, see if they have the same issue. If they do, then run cold water (like the tub) nothing through a filter
You can pay your online or the Public Works building located at 133 W. 29th. It's on the corner of Wall Ave and 29th St
They might be working pin a line in the area, you could have a frozen line, or it could be a billing issue. Try looking online, if that doesn't help try calling
Yes, but today was the Christmas lunch for the department.
Call the city they will bring you a new one.
I would report it to the water utility. They have a non business day report line.
I’m having the same problem ...I’m at 32nd gramercy
