Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because both the lady who answes the phone and the guy who came to measure my windows were nice. But.... once the windows were measured to get a quote, I never heard back from them. Called 3 weeks later and was told I would be contacted the next day. That never happened. I tried calling a week later and couldn't get a hold of anybody. Would of at least liked to of been told they couldn't do it or didn't want my money so I didn't waste 5 weeks waiting.
