Areas not too bad, dollar stores really close by, an okay park, could use some cleaning and new swings, benches are good, pool could use some more maintenance, and maybe new equipment, also most of the programs that other reviews mentioned, have stopped, landlord has quite a bit of passive aggressiveness. Still very quiet area, nice or neutral neighbors. Thin-ish walls but that’s manageable. Bit of a cat problem. Not bad!!

Los Arboles is a quiet, clean, and a safe place to live. They provide great community services for the residents and an after school program for the children which is awesome.
