I have only been here a few months, and the management here has been extremely helpful and quick to address concerns. It's a fantastic location and I love the view of the duck pond. Update: Staff is good. Other policies and prices... unfortunately, you're over a barrel in this area right now.

I have lived here for 3 years and have enjoy it! When Meghann took over she has made the office more inviting and her communication has been incredible. She is understanding of everyone's situations and handles people with respect. I don't feel uncomfortable coming to the staff for maintenance requests and they are done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I love the complex and the people here are friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Overall alright. Pretty nice apartments and there's enough room in them. Also very good location. All the stores are in walking distance. I did have a light in front of my door that was out for a year even though I let them know multiple times. The most recent repair guy has been nice and friendly but the past ones have been awful. I don't know how out of all the apartments here but someone attempted to break in to my apartment once and successfully broke into my neighbors apartment. Management did nothing about it. Again don't know why it was my neighbor and I out of all people but I wish management handled it differently. I really think they should add cameras around here just so you can catch that kinda stuff. I haven't had any problems with package thiefs during the 4 years I've been here so you should be fine. UPDATE: My rating used to be a 3 now it's a one. These events all took place the day I'm updating this review. This morning someone covered our car in green and gray paint. We don't know who did it but no other car was like that. Then the same day our AC stops working. It honestly feels like we're being targeted. Btw rent was $700 when we first came here now it's $1,400. This place is hell. Overall I guess I would recommend. Edit:Highly don't recommend
