Bloom Audio is giving the high end audio retailers a bad name. They are honest (guess they haven't learned the first lesson of selling), knowledgeable (weird when a sales person actually knows more about product than the customer), quick to respond (they answer chat waay to quickly, and fast (the time between order and ship is like minutes). The worst thing is that all of the Bloom Audio team are nice people. They have caused me quite a bit of angst as I am spending all my money with them. P.S. I had to return something and they gave me an unacceptable response. They said “sure” and issued a return label in seconds.
