Absolute amazing customer service, they were so incredibly helpful explaining to my mom and I how to rework our current system and what upgrades we would need to improve it. Also set us up with a new turntable and explained our receiver. We followed the directions--included a diagram! they really go above and beyond!--and we got our sound system up and running perfectly! We will definitely be back when we're ready to upgrade our equipment!

Over approximately ten years or more, I have been very pleased with the audio equipment that I have purchased. As my budget grew every few years, the sound exchange would allow me to trade in the previous stereo system that I had purchased from them as credit towards my new more expensive system.
