Is there a design with a porch all the way around the home? We would like to have a porch all the way around.

H1B Charleston and Anderson have Farmhouse models that have porches and I know one of them it goes across the front and down both sides but I don't think it goes across the back and I will tell you that it adds $30,000 to the base price just for the porch

Greenville does not have one with a porch all the way around. However, I have seen renderings of plans on the website that have wrap around porches, but the plans don't show it. They pretty much add whatever you want to the floor plan you pick 👍

I don't think they have any that are already designed that way (the Santa Barbara Traditional Farmhouse comes close.), but you can probably have them add that to some of the different plans.
