I had purchased a tiny home from the Wills Point location back in 2018. At the time i was under the impression that they had done this before based on a model on their lot. My tiny 800 sf home took over a year to build, with numerous repairs needed and continues to have repairs needed. The communication was horrible, and I honestly just feel like I was put off and my home was poorly built. I would not recommend anyone to ever have to go through the troubles that i had to go through in order to get a tiny home built.We are in 2022 and we are still repairing things they messed up on. They wired my kitchen wrong and used a 30 Amp instead of of a 40 and my bathroom vent was wrong so all the methane gas was going in the house which is very toxic. I definitely would absolutely Not recommend Winslows and will be filling a complaint out with the BBB

Not even worthy of a star. Similar to other customers, bought multiple buildings from them. The shed was damaged during installation and not installed properly. No one would call us back. We went back to Howe where we bought the shed that was transported from Will Point, showed our pictures of the install and were told what we had gone through from an employee who was over the top to the installer not getting it wrong once but making it worse the second time on top of damaging the shed at delivery. We were assured MR MIKE WINSLOW would personally call us that Monday. We went to the Howe store on a Saturday. No phone call - nothing - so I tried calling for MIKE WINSLOW several times. He owns the company but has nothing to do with the business since he did not respond at all. We finally (through the rudest customer service) were told they would fix the building when they were running a truck to our area since they had to drive from Wills Point and we've have to wait for when it was convenient for them. After hours of calling, finally got it scheduled. Never did hear from MIKE WINSLOW because he has no value for customers - only their money.

This is what you get from Winslow. Do not waste your time with this company. Pathetic and horrible customer service. Half my building anchors wasn'tEVEN INSTALLED! BUYER BEWARE! Please do not use wills point
