Pool House What a wonderful experience dealing with Bison Creeks Homes. From our meeting day 1 to our current day questions, Brent was always positive and delightful to work with. Brent immediately asked and answer questions (Oh and I had questions) on a regular basis. Both Brent and Jennifer were awesome helping us build our pool house and it was from another state. Jennifer helped out so much when our colors didn’t work with the various countertops and tile. She truly did an amazing job finding us pictures that were a better representation of the true look. Thank You Jennifer. Brent was always pleasant and understanding of what I truly wanted. He worked hard getting it done for us. Thanks Brent. Our Pool House is amazing and we love it. Thank you Bison Creek Homes for giving us exactly what we wanted.

Sorry never been there could not tell you
Hello, it is a private water well for each house. The water is also filtered at each house. Therefore, there are no water utility bills. No reason to worry about a well going dry it is in the Trinity reservoir and has been tested to show plenty of water for everyone including that lovely green grass.
