This morning I called and spoke to Lowell about building a home for my mom on my property. It was like speaking to an angel among us!! He was so kind and knowledgeable! He offered me so much information and guidance. I don’t know if a Cherokee is in our future but I would definitely use him and America’s Home Place if budget permits!

We chose America's Home Place to build our Dream Home back in August. We just completed our Final Review Meeting and they have gone above and beyond for us these past 2 months to get us rolling towards building our Dream Home. James Creekmore is our Sales Manager and made sure to assist us with every step we took, all times of the day and night and even weekends. He really took the time to address any of our concerns and made sure we were happy and satisfied throughout the process. We flipped around and changed our minds so much and probably spent over 10 hours in the showroom changing every little thing and James was patient with us and helped us immensely. Lowell Pinnock is the General Manager who again assisted us throughout the process at all times of the day and night and helped us get the best deal we possibly could. He went above and beyond with assisting us on getting our 911 Address, Electrical, Septic, Well, etc moving forward even though we took on that responsibility. We really cannot wait to see the final product and are very excited at where we are in the process right now. THANK YOU JAMES AND LOWELL for all the HARD WORK you have put in for us these past 2 months.

We are building a small home for retirement, and considering costs in today’s market environment, we were concerned in a plethora of ways; however, as landowners, the experience at AHP has been absolutely 5 star!!!! Each meeting with James (preliminary meetings and the color selection meeting) were free from any issue and incredibly smooth. In the meetings, he displayed incredible patience and intentionality as we chose paint colors, granite, flooring, fixtures, and even made home modifications. The mortgage lender has been kind, understanding, and full of vital financing information in a multiplicity of ways. During the final review meeting, Lowell Pinnock was thoughtful, skillful, exacting, and thorough, when answering our questions. He displayed substantial patience in explaining the process to our family, never making us feel rushed, overwhelmed, or unqualified. Each person, from the field project manager to Nate’s welcoming nature, reflected the highest quality of a remarkable team. As with any major expenditure, event, or building process, nothing is absolutely perfect; HOWEVER, the complete AHP team embodies integrity, honesty, compassion, and quality in the completion of building a home. I am grateful for Lowell Pinnock and his leadership in building a team that will produce a beautiful retirement home for us to enjoy.
