Horrible. My app was with hector. The front desk lady told me he was late but another barber was gonna help and he was great. He left my son hair super short and he lost his curls. I’m so impotent and really mad!!!! I kept telling the barber please no more please no more!!!! And didn’t listen to me !!!! I paid 21 plus the tips to come back home with my baby without curls !!! Thanks to the front desk lady and her advise!!!

Who knows maybe she is shadowing, waiting for an appointment, her break time, she felt sick and needed to walk for a bit? Lol could be anything but always a good idea to set up an appointment to avoid waiting.
