Went there today with my grandma. Glad we got services done, despite of the rudeness from the woman who attended us in room 5. She couldn’t tell me more details of what I should be expecting next when I asked her. Then, she kept telling me to help my grandmother out to get up and get out as if this woman was in a rush. I’m not going to rush my grandmother out when she has a messed up knee, and is 72 years old. Other than that this woman has no idea who I am, for her to be telling me what to do. I’m a 30 year old woman who knows the ropes on taking care of my own relative. My grandmother wanted her own independence and did not want me to help her get up. She is at an elderly stage where she doesn’t know her physical limitations and I have to observe for falls and help as necessary, not take over completely. Very displeased with the service here, but all in efforts to get done what I needed to do.

I was in the place and the lady who is attending while I was in the queue I heard her speak Spanish when it was my turn I asked her if she spoke Spanish. He said no. And he asks me if I speak English. It seems disrespectful to me because if she does not speak Spanish it is fine but if I heard her it was difficult for her to speak to me and help me better than the rest, they have always treated me well until they make an effort to speak to me in Spanish

Yes, at 29 April 2022 the Powers/West Colonial office was accepting walk-ins. However, the line was long and the wait extensive.
It was more efficient for me to fax the main office from Office Depot. With tax, one page was $1.70. I vwas able to spend the hour I saved engaged in searching for work. [29 Apr 2022]
The telephone is intercepted by an automated attendant and you will be on hold for an hour or more. A better option is to login via the web browser. [29 Apr 2022]
The IRS prefers that you use free electronic filing, so blank forms are no longer readily available anywhere. Many public library branches do have a master notebook of the forms but you will have to pay for copying them. You can also download and print the forms from IRS.gov at no charge.
