These people are SLACK! Michael from the Fort Worth office is slack. He didn’t do much of anything to help we with my discrimination case. Instead of asking for more evidence, we assumed that there was no evidence of discrimination and rejected my case. People don’t take me seriously because I sound like a little girl on the girl on the phone. Instead of trying, that rather watch me, an innocent person, suffer. Ever since this pandemic has started, people have gotten lazy. I feel like the whole world is against me, and on the side of an evil, manipulative person. If you have a discrimination case, don’t count on them helping you. They’re slack

Building is closed and locked for COVID, no people working inside, don't waste your time driving or paying for the parking garage. They're remote working against Governor Abbott orders to return to work. I'm a disabled woman, the SSDI doesn't cover the cost of living or rent in Houston. Because these employees are TOO LAZY to return to work, citizens in GREATER NEED are FORCED TO SUFFER. The security guard wouldn't even unlock the door or provide me with assistance other than apologies, I don't need apologies, I need assistance.

worst customer service cell experience , was transferred about 4 times after giving away my loan number each one of those times. when i got the help from a rep. she didn't even thank me or end the call properly.. The people at their call center seem to all be in the worst of moods...
